§ 1-10. Injunction to enforce Code.

Any violation of this Code can be enjoined by a suit filed in the name of the city in a court of competent jurisdiction; this remedy shall be in addition to any penal provision in this Code or any other ordinance of the city or any other civil or criminal penalty or remedy that is available pursuant to law.
